Traffic Measures in Beirut Due to Maintenance Works

The General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces - Public Relations Division issued the following statement:

"Starting today, October 20, 2026, until November 30, 2026, from 18:00 to 05:00 the next morning, a contracting company has begun road marking works, raising and maintaining manhole covers to asphalt level, in the following locations:

Forum de Beirut area, passing through the Dakhouliya intersection – Mar Mikhael – Fiat Bridge intersection – Adlieh roundabout – Museum intersection – Asham Street up to Sodeco intersection – President Saeb Salam Boulevard – Birbar – Abdel Nasser Mosque – Helou Barracks (round trip), whereby these works will narrow the vehicle passage space on the mentioned roads at the work sites.

Citizens are requested to take note and comply with the directions and guidance of the Internal Security Forces personnel and traffic signs, to facilitate traffic flow and prevent congestion."
