Michel Aoun Isa, the US Ambassador to Lebanon, affirmed that a ceasefire will be implemented.
Following his meeting with Speaker of the Parliament Nabih Berri, Isa dismissed circulating reports claiming ongoing communication between the Trump administration and Hezbollah as "incorrect." He further stated that Israel will withdraw from Lebanon, return the territories and prisoners, and that the "experimental zone" will be under the protection of the Lebanese army, ensuring it will not be subjected to Israeli bombardment.
