US Embassy in Beirut Thanks Trump for 'Long-Awaited Lebanese Dream'

The US Embassy in Beirut expressed gratitude to US President Donald Trump and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio for their leadership and efforts in bringing closer the realization of a long-awaited Lebanese dream: operating direct air flights between Lebanon and the United States.

Direct flights will bring families closer together, strengthen ties with the Lebanese-American community, and facilitate American companies exploring opportunities and investing in Lebanon.
