Video Shows Moment Child Falls From Amusement Park Ride

A video showing the moment a child fell from a ride at an amusement park in Beirut has circulated widely.

Fantasy World clarified in a statement regarding the incident that "all circulating news about a ride collapsing, resulting in multiple injuries and fatalities, is fabricated and has no basis in accuracy. The purpose is to smear the reputation of a company known for safety and security over many years."

The company stated: "The correct information is that one student, unfortunately, as part of a large group visiting us this morning, jumped from the 'Worm' ride due to reckless behavior in full view of everyone. Based on testimonies from children who were on the same ride, neither they nor the ride suffered any malfunction."

It confirmed that "all rides are operating normally, we continue to welcome our esteemed visitors around the clock, and this was an isolated incident involving only one individual."
