Al-Jadeed reported that after the First Investigative Judge in Beirut, Judge Roula Osman, set a date for today to interrogate the former Governor of the Banque du Liban, Riad Salameh, regarding an urgent case file, the Governor, before the session, filed a lawsuit against the state concerning the actions of Judge Roula Osman.

Al-Jadeed reported that after the First Investigative Judge in Beirut, Judge Roula Osman, set a date for today to interrogate the former Governor of the Banque du Liban, Riad Salameh, regarding an urgent case file, the Governor, before the session, filed a lawsuit against the state concerning the actions of Judge Roula Osman. The Judge was informed of the lawsuit before the session, and consequently, today's session was postponed pending a decision on the lawsuit against the state.
As for Marianne Hoayek, she did not file a lawsuit, and the First Investigative Judge decided to continue the investigation against her and postponed her interrogation session to 11/6/2026.
