The following statement was issued by the Army Command — Directorate of Orientation:
"Army units carried out raids in the town of Brital - Baalbek, resulting in the seizure of weapons, war munitions, and military equipment, and the arrest of citizen (M.M.) for firing his weapon during a funeral procession.
The seized items were handed over to the competent authorities, and an investigation into the detainee was launched under the supervision of the competent judiciary."
