Basil: Pardon for These Individuals is Rejected and Forbidden
Head of the Free Patriotic Movement, MP Gebran Bassil, wrote on the 'X' platform: 'Our position is clear, and there is no need for meetings to explain it: Pardon for the oppressed is a duty; pardon for drug dealers and murder is rejected; pardon for those who stole depositors' money is forbidden; pardon for those who killed the army should not be proposed, because we were and will remain supporters of the army and its martyrs. The President, the Minister of Defense, and the Army Commander are protecting the institution, and we are against impunity.'
