Nawaf Salam on Labor Day: We work to improve your conditions, complete reform, and revive the economy

The Prime Minister, Nawaf Salam, on the occasion of Labor Day, addressed "every female and male worker in Lebanon, to those who rise every morning despite anxiety and hardship, and continue to work under harsh conditions that our nation has not known before."

He said, in a post on the "X" platform: "I realize the extent of the suffering many of you are experiencing, from job losses, a decline in purchasing power, and daily pressure that weighs heavily on you."

He added: "From a position of responsibility, I assure you that we will continue serious work to improve your living conditions, restore every inch of our occupied land, complete the reform process, and revive the economy in a way that creates new job opportunities, restores stability, and puts the country on the path of true recovery."
