The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued a statement detailing security raids in Sidon and Bebnine, where 6 Palestinians were arrested for weapons trafficking and 4 citizens for drug trafficking.
The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
"The Intelligence Directorate carried out raids in the city of Sidon and arrested 6 Palestinians for trading weapons, seizing a large quantity of weapons and military ammunition.
The Directorate also arrested 4 citizens in the Bebnine – Akkar area for drug trafficking and promotion, seizing a quantity of drugs in their possession, in addition to military weapons.
The seized items were handed over to the competent authorities, and investigation with the detainees was initiated under the supervision of the competent judiciary."
