Deputies in the joint parliamentary committees were shocked by the intervention of the Free Patriotic Movement representative, MP George Atallah, during the session the day before yesterday, as he explicitly announced that the movement opposes the general amnesty law, except for what relates to the file of Islamist detainees whom he considered to have suffered injustice.
