A handkerchief purportedly connected to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding has emerged for sale on eBay, stirring discussion among fans. The item, which some claim was a keepsake from the wedding, has raised doubts about its legitimacy and the propriety of selling such memorabilia.

Fans Debate Authenticity of Wedding Keepsake on eBay

Reports on X (formerly Twitter) indicate that a handkerchief linked to the Swift-Kelce wedding was listed on eBay with an asking price of $99. The listing attracted attention after the fan account @theTSupdates posted a screenshot of the sale, expressing disbelief that an attendee would put the item up for sale.

The post stated, “An UNDESERVING invitee is selling their handkerchief from Taylor Swift’s wedding,” which quickly led to widespread discussion among Swift’s followers about the item’s genuineness.

Many fans expressed skepticism regarding the seller’s credibility, citing the absence of reviews on the profile. Comments included concerns that the handkerchief might be a replica rather than an original wedding memento.

Other fans speculated about how the handkerchief came to be listed, with suggestions that some items might have been unintentionally left behind. Some found the $99 price surprisingly low, with one fan joking about the modest asking amount.

Details of the Handkerchief and Its Significance

The handkerchief had previously attracted attention after country singer Maren Morris shared a close-up image from the wedding. The ivory piece featured lace edging and an embroidered monogram combining the initials of Swift and Kelce. It also included the wedding date and location, along with the lyric “So it’s gonna be forever…” from Swift’s 2014 song “Blank Space.”

This particular lyric held special meaning for fans because Travis Kelce had mentioned on the “Bussin’ With The Boys” podcast in 2024 that “Blank Space” is one of his favorite Taylor Swift songs. Many followers interpreted the embroidered lyric as a deliberate and meaningful reference to the couple’s relationship.
