Halle Berry listed her Sunset Strip mansion for $11.995 million shortly after Olivier Martinez sought primary custody and a restraining order.

An asking price of $11.995 million has been set for Halle Berry’s Sunset Strip residence, a listing that emerged just days after ex-husband Olivier Martinez filed for primary custody of their 13-year-old son, Maceo, and requested a temporary restraining order against the actress.
TMZ reported that Berry placed the five-bedroom, six-bathroom home on the market earlier this month. The 5,900-square-foot structure was built in 1926 and occupies a lot exceeding 25,000 square feet. Richard Ehrlich of Carolwood Estates holds the listing.
The estate comprises three distinct buildings: a main residence with three bedrooms, a guest house, and an additional studio. Amenities within the property include a massage room, gym, pool, spa, and a bar equipped with a kitchenette.
Outdoor spaces feature a fire pit, pizza oven, shaded dining areas, and a meditation garden. While the sale coincided with ongoing legal proceedings, the source did not indicate that the custody dispute caused the decision to list the home.
Martinez recently sought primary custody of Maceo and requested a temporary restraining order against Berry. He alleged that Berry choked their son during an argument involving a virtual reality video game. Berry denied attacking Maceo and accused Martinez of presenting a misleading version of events.
A judge subsequently allowed Maceo to testify at an upcoming custody hearing. According to the supplied source, his testimony will remain limited to the request for a restraining order.
The property carries history linked to Berry’s previous relationships. In 2012, the home was the site of a Thanksgiving Day fight between Martinez and Gabriel Aubry, Berry’s former boyfriend. Berry’s current real estate move marks another significant change while her dispute with Martinez remains before the court.
