Biel’s Throwback Bikini Photo Draws ‘Award-Winning’ Praise

Fans are reacting to a throwback image of Jessica Biel that surfaced on Reddit three years ago. The 44-year-old actress appears in the sunkissed snapshot enjoying a beach day, showcasing a halterneck look that highlights her toned muscles and curves. One commenter described her backside as “award-winning.” This resurgence follows previous headlines about Biel’s 2022 leopard-print bikini during a vacation with husband Justin Timberlake.

Beach Day Attire Details

In the photo, Biel walks toward the shore wearing a skimpy, low-rise bikini with cheeky briefs. The outfit emphasizes her firm glutes, slim waist, and gym-honed back. As she approaches age 45, the Blade: Trinity star maintains a muscular physique, displaying toned legs and flashing her booty.

Her ensemble included a back-baring halterneck design that teased hints of her chest. She completed the look with light hair tied back and sunglasses. Carrying a frisbee, she appeared to be enjoying an outing with others.

Training Regimen Insights

Biel trains regularly with Ben Bruno, who also works with SI Swim model Kate Upton. Her routine reportedly begins with a warm-up and consists of 45-minute full-body sessions. These workouts include time on an Airdyne bike.

Dietary Habits Revealed

The mom of two has discussed her eating habits in interviews. Speaking to The Los Angeles Times, she stated, “I just try to eat really healthy.” She noted that she incorporates cheat days, allowing herself cookies and pizza. When training for specific goals, she increases protein intake, but otherwise does not strictly eat for training.
