Dakota Johnson promoted "Verity" on Late Night wearing a black Gia Studios dress secured by a single back knot.

A single knot held together Dakota Johnson’s black Gia Studios gown as she appeared on “Late Night with Seth Meyers” in New York City. The actress wore the floor-length Delvey Halter Dress in Techno Wool, priced at $928, to promote her new film, “Verity.”
The design featured a softly draped halter neckline that transitioned into an open-back silhouette. A delicate tie closure at the neck was the only thing securing the garment, exposing Johnson’s toned back and side tattoos. This minimalist tailoring created a look that balanced understated elegance with bold appeal.
Johnson completed the ensemble with Giuseppe Zanotti’s Incanto 105 sandals, valued at $3,700. These black satin heels included sparkling crystal-covered gold leaf embellishments wrapping around the ankle. She accessorized with diamond jewelry from Roberto Coin, Marlo Laz, and Jessica McCormack, including a 0.90-carat Diamond Golden Snake Ring.
Her signature brunette hair remained long and straight, framed by soft bangs. The makeup look consisted of smoky charcoal eyes, fluttery lashes, sculpted cheeks, and nude-pink lips. A bold red manicure provided a sharp contrast against the all-black outfit.
During the interview, host Seth Meyers briefly referenced Johnson’s role in Taylor Swift’s “Patient Zero” music video. However, the focus remained on the striking knot detail of the Gia Studios dress, which dominated the visual narrative of her promotional appearance.
