Khloé pressed further, questioning if the regret emerged after being caught or soon after the incidents. Tristan responded with a phrase that seemed to surprise even himself: “Post-nut syndrome.” He quickly apologized for the comment, recognizing it was poorly received, but Khloé continued the inquiry.

“So then, why do you keep redoing it?” she asked.

Tristan replied, “That’s a trillion-dollar question,” reflecting on that phase of his life as one where events unfolded rapidly and he struggled to be truthful about his emotional state.

He admitted, “I probably didn’t do the best job of navigating my truth,” and described part of his mindset as wanting “your cake and eat it too.”
