Lisa Manobal hosted a Los Angeles pop-up for her Meta Glasses collection, drawing praise for her sheer black outfit and criticism regarding alleged plastic surgery.

Fresh from launching her exclusive Meta Glasses by LISA collection, Lisa Manobal hosted a one-day pop-up event in Los Angeles that quickly went viral. The BLACKPINK lead rapper arrived wearing a black long-sleeve semi-sheer crop top featuring a front zipper closure and lace accents trimming the turtleneck, cuffs, bust, and hem. The shoulders and sleeves consisted of fully transparent mesh, while the midsection included boning details with extra lining to provide coverage.
She paired this top with a tiny miniskirt that highlighted her long legs and teased the edge of her derriere. Black slingbacks completed the footwear, while her signature bangs framed her face. Her own Meta glasses added a quirky finishing touch to the stylish ensemble. Fans praised everything from her styling to her breathtaking beauty, though one critic offered a different perspective.
The internet did not take the look quietly. One fan page reposted photos with the caption, “God is a woman, and her name is Lalisa Manobal.” Another account focused on the bigger question, writing, “How can someone look this good?” The comments section offered answers, with one person stating, “Lisa is a goddess, not possible for mere mortals to look this good.” However, among the praise, one comment stood out for being much less complimentary. It simply read: “Plastic Surgery.”
This conversation has followed Lisa for years, with users frequently creating side-by-side comparisons of her features across different periods to point out perceived changes. Speculation tends to circle around her nose, eyelids, chin, lips, jaw, and buccal fat. Some commentators have even gone as far as posting detailed analyses presenting their case. None of it, however, has ever been confirmed. Lisa, her management, and agencies have never publicly addressed cosmetic procedure rumors of any kind.
A fan took the pop-up look as an opportunity to put together a tribute, assembling a four-photo series featuring Lisa serving legs and captioning the post, “90% legs Lisa.” The collection included a photo from her June “Vanity Fair” appearance, where she wore tiny shorts with cascading gold chain accents. A photo from the Meta pop-up followed.
The fan also added her edgy black ensemble from the Bvlgari Serpenti Infinito after-party in September and her asymmetric black gown for the Bvlgari Studio Event back in 2024. As if trolling critics who always bring up Lisa’s alleged plastic surgery, someone commented, “Be careful. They are coming to accuse her of having leg implants.”
The latest round of content making the rounds comes from a Nike campaign with Lisa for their newest Moon shoe. She coordinated a black-and-red design of the shoe with maroon socks and a red mesh-like layer over a black top and fitted Nike shorts. Fans immediately noticed how naturally she pulled off the bold color combination, commenting, “She’s stunning in red,” and “Red is her color.”
Beyond the look, admirers also noted how rarely Lisa seems to take a break, calling out her work ethic in the comments alongside the compliments.
