Monica Bellucci reveals her role as a cunning crime boss running a Pink Lady drug ring in the $40 million Arab action film 7 Dogs, opposite Ahmed Ezz and Karim Abdel Aziz.

A $40 million budget makes "7 Dogs" one of the most expensive productions in Arab cinema history, and global star Monica Bellucci has now confirmed the details of her character. In a press statement, the actress said she plays "Julia Leoni," a mysterious and intelligent woman described as one of the most dangerous criminal minds in the film's plot.
Bellucci's character operates as a powerful businesswoman connected to multiple criminal networks, running one of Europe's largest distribution operations for a drug called "Pink Lady." The role blends allure and elegance with cold calculation and cunning, according to the production team, who expressed excitement over her participation and said her presence adds significant artistic value given her status as a leading international film star.
The film, scheduled for release in theaters on May 27, also stars Ahmed Ezz and Karim Abdel Aziz. Ezz plays Interpol officer "Khaled El-Azazi," a determined and committed agent who manages to capture the dangerous criminal "Ghaly Abu Dawood," the leader of an international criminal organization known as the "7 Dogs."
One year after Abu Dawood's imprisonment, the organization resurges with renewed strength, forcing Officer Khaled to seek the criminal's help once again. This sets the stage for a high-risk mission filled with challenges and dangers as the officer attempts to contain the escalating threat.
