Reddit user sparks debate with Ana de Armas' 2015 nude bath scene

A recent Reddit post featuring a nude bathtub scene from the 2015 movie Knock Knock has drawn significant attention to actress Ana de Armas. The image, shared eight days ago, shows the Cuban-born performer covered in soap suds while smiling confidently. Fans responded with intense praise, with one commenter noting that the visual caused their "brain explode."

Fan reactions to iconic scene

In the video clip accompanying the post, de Armas is seen laughing and chatting while supporting herself with her arms. The footage highlights her cleavage and upper body, drawing focus to her physical appearance. Viewers noted her toned abdomen and sculpted shoulders, along with a long layered bob featuring blonde highlights.

The Louis Vuitton ambassador’s choice of nude scenes appears deliberate, according to online commentary. One user identified the frame as the moment that introduced de Armas to a wider global audience, stating it appeared on numerous websites. Another commenter referenced her role in the 2025 film Ballerina, describing her as "the only woman to face John Wick and live to tell about it."

Weight loss speculation continues

De Armas recently generated headlines regarding her weight after posting a floral bikini photo on Instagram. The September gallery included an image taken on a boat, where she displayed a slimmed-down figure in a two-piece suit. The visible torso and hips prompted accusations of GLP-1 medication use among some observers.

Critics expressed concern over the change in her physique. One comment published by The Daily Mail stated she did not look toned but rather very thin. Over 200 users agreed with another sentiment suggesting she appeared prettier and healthier before becoming emaciated.

Other Hollywood bikini moments

De Armas is not the only celebrity whose swimwear appearances have sparked discussion. Several other actresses have recently featured in similar contexts:

• Alexandra Daddario showcased her chest in a skimpy lake bikini.
• Sydney Sweeney highlighted her DD cup size, which she has had since sixth grade.
• Erin Moriarty drew attention with a bikini photo described as causing a frenzy.
• Jessica Biel emphasized her backside in a tight white bikini.

Earlier in 2024, de Armas made style headlines at a red carpet event wearing a custom Louis Vuitton outfit. The ensemble consisted of a plunging pink bodysuit worn without a bra, paired with a sheer sparkly skirt that revealed her legs and waistline.
