Seyfried pairs VS bralette with open Khaite jacket for WWD

A new image released by Women's Wear Daily shows Amanda Seyfried wearing an open Khaite leather jacket that exposes her Victoria’s Secret bralette. The photograph serves as part of the publication’s Weekend cover story, which debuted on October 21. This specific shot appeared as the third slide in WWD’s Instagram announcement, highlighting the actor’s all-black ensemble.

Styling details and accessories

The look features a black embossed leather jacket from Khaite, characterized by a crocodile-textured glossy finish, notched lapels, and structured shoulder pads. A crimson-red floral boutonnière pinned to the left lapel provides a sharp contrast to the dark tones. Beneath the heavy outerwear, the delicate lingerie-inspired bralette creates a layered effect against the structured fabric.

Seyfried completed the outfit with high-waisted black velvet trousers, also designed by Khaite. The matte texture of the pants offers a visual juxtaposition to the sheen of the leather jacket above. The styling was handled by Alex Badia, who selected statement footwear from Givenchy by Sarah Burton.
