Vicki Gunvalson denies rumors she’s leaving RHOC after her full-time comeback

Gunvalson has firmly shut down exit rumors following her full-time comeback to RHOC. The reality star reacted with humor after learning about the claim that she would not be back for Season 21.

“Well, this is news to me,” Gunvalson wrote on Instagram. She posted the reply alongside laughing and orange emojis. The TV personality declared that it was “not true.”

“But in all seriousness, no decisions have been made yet,” she clarified. The rumor claimed that she was invited to return to the 21st season but had refused. As a result, many concluded that the milestone 20th season would be her last.

Gunvalson, however, pushed back by saying that the speculation was incorrect.

“So back to your regularly scheduled programming…whether that’s whooping it up or working,” she continued in her response. “Whichever one y’all were doing.”

In an attempt to lighten the situation, Gunvalson posted a video of herself showing up for filming even as rumors wrote her off.

Despite returning to the show, Gunvalson has called RHOC shoots “very demanding” while also pursuing her business. The Coti insurance founder said, “Either my business got busier, or I got older. I don’t know if I can sustain like I used to.” She also admitted to skipping filming one night because she needed a break.

Gunvalson is one of the reality series’s most recognizable characters. She helped establish the franchise as an original cast member, earning the “OG of the OC” title. Her return for Season 20 brought her back alongside familiar faces including Tamra Judge and Shannon Storms Beador.
