American businessman earns $25 million in one night because of Messi

Famous American businessman Patrick Bet-David revealed a huge increase in the value of his home after Argentine star Lionel Messi moved to live in the same neighborhood in Miami.

Bet-David confirmed in statements via a podcast platform that the value of his home jumped by more than 25 million US dollars in record time.

He explained, saying: "According to the current situation, I made a profit exceeding 25 million US dollars in capital value in just one night."

He continued: "The value of the home exceeds  60 million US dollars, which means I earned more than 25 million dollars in one night simply by becoming Messi's neighbor."

The businessman added that Messi's move to the adjacent home was the most prominent factor in this jump, pointing out that the neighborhood he lives in is one of the most luxurious and safest areas, as it is located within a gated community on an island with only one entrance and strict security measures. Messi joined Inter Miami in the summer of 2023 after the end of his contract with French club Paris Saint-Germain and renewed his contract with Inter Miami until the end of 2027.
