A EuroWings aircraft executed an emergency landing at Paris’s Charles de Gaulle Airport following the detection of a steam leak in its galley, the airline confirmed.

The aircraft involved was a Boeing 737 en route from Cologne, Germany, to Majorca, Spain, with 131 passengers and crew on board.

EuroWings described the landing as precautionary and emphasized that it occurred while maintaining priority for regular flight operations.

Safety Assessment and Passenger Response

According to a company spokesperson, “the safety of passengers and crew was never at risk at any point during the flight.”

The airline arranged hotel accommodation and ground transportation for all affected passengers and rebooked them onto available subsequent flights.
