Popular tech blogger Jon Prosser has released exclusive images and specifications for the upcoming iPhone 20, based on insider information from within Apple. Despite being the nineteenth model, Apple will brand it as the “20” for marketing purposes.

The renders reveal a significant redesign featuring a display curved on all sides. The front-facing camera and Dynamic Island cutout will be removed, replaced by an under-display FaceID sensor system. This marks a departure from current designs.

The rear panel images display only a dual-camera setup, unlike the triple cameras found on existing flagship models, suggesting this design may apply to the base versions. The camera module is expected to include a new HDR sensor aimed at enhancing mobile photography capabilities.

On the technical front, the iPhone 20 will incorporate a silicon-anode battery technology, which allows for increased battery capacity within the same physical dimensions and improves battery life. The device will be powered by the new A21 processor, developed through a chip deal between Apple and Intel, signaling a move away from exclusive reliance on TSMC.

Another notable hardware upgrade is the integration of HBM-type RAM, a memory technology previously used mainly in servers. This addition is intended to boost performance in artificial intelligence and data processing tasks. Korean media reports indicate that Samsung has devised a method to adapt HBM memory for mobile devices, potentially enabling supply to Apple.

It is important to note that these details do not pertain to the upcoming iPhone 18 series, which is scheduled for release in September 2026. While there is a minor possibility that the anniversary iPhone 20 might be mentioned during Apple's WWDC 2026 event from June 8 to 12, the first official information is more likely to be unveiled next year.
