Jurgen Klopp Criticizes Infantino and Donald Trump Over Controversial Red Card Decision
Jurgen Klopp condemned FIFA's decision to overturn Balogun's red card and criticized Infantino and Trump for their lack of football knowledge.

During the round of 32 match between the United States and Bosnia and Herzegovina, Balogun was sent off in a game that ended with a 2-0 victory for the United States.
Unexpectedly, FIFA announced that the red card against Balogun had been rescinded, allowing him to participate normally in the subsequent match against Belgium, a decision that sparked significant outrage within the football community.
Jurgen Klopp, in remarks reported by france24, expressed his view that Infantino lacks understanding of football. He stated, "It is a red card, even if it is unfortunate because Balogun will not be able to play, but it is stipulated in the rules."
Klopp added, "This is our game, not theirs. If Infantino and Trump agreed on all this between themselves, that is madness. It casts doubt on everything."
He concluded, "These two individuals who do not understand anything about football should have no involvement in this matter."
