Mia Khalifa concluded her notable presence at the 2026 World Cup by securing a substantial profit from a $1 million wager on Spain claiming the championship.
The former adult film actress turned media personality was among the prominent figures following the tournament, consistently expressing support for Spain throughout the competition, which ended Sunday with Spain defeating Argentina in the final match.
Khalifa shared images of her bet on Spain's victory, revealing that it yielded earnings of $650,000 after the Spanish team’s triumph.
At 33 years old, she quickly showcased her winnings on social media, posting a screenshot of the successful bet within an Instagram post that also included footage from her attendance at the tournament. She wrote, "I believed and won big... very proud of my country Spain (even though there isn’t a drop of Spanish blood in my veins)," accompanied by Spanish flags.
Khalifa was present throughout the tournament and attracted attention when she appeared at the opening match between the United States and Paraguay.
The final offered her an ideal moment, as she had supported Spain throughout and openly cheered against Argentina. In a recent interview, she stated, "I only cheer against Argentina because I like cheering against them."
