After Fairford Base Plot, Washington and London Warn Iran Collaborators
The US, UK, and allies condemned Iranian attacks and pledged action against entities acting on Tehran's behalf following a suspected plot targeting RAF Fairford.

The United States, Britain, and other allies condemned the attacks launched by Iran against them on Monday, pledging to take action against any entity acting on behalf of Tehran.
A joint statement published by the US State Department and signed by 29 parties stated that "any attempt by Iran to threaten, silence, intimidate, harass, harm, or coerce individuals on our territory, whether through proxies or by any other means, is unacceptable."
This came after Britain indicated Iran's involvement in what is suspected to be a plot targeting the British air base at Fairford.
British Prime Minister Andy Burnham said on Monday that the security threat targeting Fairford Air Base, used by the US military in the war on Iran, was "almost certainly directed" by the Revolutionary Guard.
In addition, London announced the summoning of its Iranian ambassador and the listing of two Iranian citizens on sanctions lists, in connection with the mysterious incident that occurred on September 27.
Last week, the United States unexpectedly announced the withdrawal of all B-1 bombers from the Royal Air Force base following the incident.
