US President Donald Trump criticized Democratic presidents, saying that the existence of a "cognitive test" would have protected the country from their ascent to the presidency.

In a post on his "Truth Social" platform, Trump said: "Any candidate for president or vice president should be forced to undergo a cognitive test before entering the race," adding: "If we did that, we wouldn't be surprised by the victory of people like Barack 'Hussein' Obama, or Joe Biden, in elections.. and our country would become a much better place," in his words.

Trump indicated that he underwent the test 3 times during his "three" presidential terms, (as stated in his post, although he has only one term other than the one he is in now), and said that he passed them all "with distinction," adding: "It is a rare achievement, even in one test, according to doctors."

It is well-known that Trump often criticizes former Democratic President Joe Biden, especially on a personal level, accusing him of declining mental capabilities. He has also begun an attack on Obama. The most famous thing he did in this context was publishing a video that sparked widespread dissatisfaction and criticism, showing Obama and his wife, Michelle, in the form of two monkeys, to which Obama responded by describing Trump's actions as a "farce."
