Bazargan Acknowledges Decline in Iran's Exports and Imports

Iranian President Masoud Bazargan emphasized that "we must not lag behind in establishing good relations with neighboring countries." He stated: "We must correct our perception to elevate our relations with neighboring countries."

He also added that "we must reach a common language with neighboring countries to ensure regional security."

Regarding the economic situation, Bazargan revealed that the government will decide on raising gasoline prices in coordination with all relevant institutions, noting that U.S. sanctions and the blockade have caused a 35 percent decline in Iran's exports and imports.
