Houthis Release Footage Documenting Seizure of Home of Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council Head Rashad Al-Alimi

Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree released footage today, Monday, documenting the Houthis' control over the home of Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council head Rashad Al-Alimi in southern Taiz.

Saree wrote on his Telegram channel: "Initial footage of the arrival of the Yemeni Armed Forces at the home of the traitor to the nation, Rashad Al-Alimi, October 05, 2026."

Earlier, Saree had released footage documenting strikes on what he described as "Saudi reinforcements" on several fronts.

Yemen is witnessing rapid developments after government forces announced control of Bab al-Mandab and launched a strategic operation in the capital Sanaa, while the Houthis deny any government field advances.
