Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has warned that the United States is committing its “largest miscalculation” in the Strait of Hormuz, attributing the error to long-standing intelligence failures.

In a post on the platform X, Araghchi stated: “The United States has been miscalculating for a long time due to intelligence failures — for example, the war against Iran. Now, there is a larger miscalculation in the Strait of Hormuz.”

He added a warning: “Worse than fake news is fake intelligence. Be cautious.”

Araghchi concluded his statement with the phrase: “Allah is great — greater than any power on Earth — and we trust in Allah.”
