Libya’s National Oil Corporation reported a drone strike on the Az-Zawiya Oil Blending Plant on Monday, the third attack on oil facilities in the Az-Zawiya area over Sunday and Monday, with no casualties recorded.

Libya’s National Oil Corporation confirmed that the Az-Zawiya Oil Blending Plant—operated by Az-Zawiya Refining Company—came under drone attack on Monday. No injuries were reported among personnel at the facility.
The Corporation stated this incident marks the third drone assault targeting oil installations in the Az-Zawiya region within a 48-hour period, following two earlier strikes on Sunday and Monday.
The Corporation warned it may declare force majeure and suspend all operations at the refinery if such attacks continue. It emphasized that repeated targeting undermines operational continuity and places Libya’s oil infrastructure at serious risk.
