Netanyahu: "No Palestinian State, Period"... and I Want Five More Terms
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated he seeks five additional terms in office and declared that rejecting a Palestinian state is the primary condition for joining his next government.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he wants to remain in power for 5 more terms, confirming that the first condition for joining his upcoming government is the rejection of establishing a Palestinian state. He added, in an interview with The Jerusalem Post ahead of elections scheduled for October 27: "The first principle: no Palestinian state, period."
Netanyahu and Ben Gvir
Netanyahu affirmed his intention to form a government with his current partners, but stated that the next Defense Minister should be from the Likud party, a stance opposing National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir's ambition to take on the portfolio. He clarified that other forces could join later if they accept the principles he will set for his government.
Regarding Iran, he said:
My mission is to crush the murderous Iranian regime, remove the threat from our heads, and conclude multiple peace agreements.
Military intelligence and Mossad warned that Tehran and its proxies are studying ways to influence the elections.
They do not want me elected.. and we will respond with strength and severity they cannot even imagine if they attack Israel.
Trump's Endorsement
Netanyahu described US President Donald Trump's endorsement of his re-election as surprising, considering that he must invest in the current relationship with Washington and prepare to face pressure from any incoming administration.
In response to a question about whether his next term would be his last, he said: "No, I will get 5 more terms," adding: "I don't need the position... what drives me is the mission."
