Netanyahu: There Will Be No Palestinian State Controlled by Iran
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu rejected statements by lawmaker Mansour Abbas, asserting that no Palestinian state under Iranian control will exist in Gaza or the West Bank.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded to remarks by lawmaker Mansour Abbas, who stated, "There is a Palestinian state recognized by most countries in the world except Israel and the United States."
In a statement, Netanyahu said: "As long as I am prime minister, there will be no Palestinian state controlled by Iran—neither in Gaza nor in the West Bank. End of story."
Netanyahu added: "The consequences of the left-wing alliance with the Muslim Brotherhood have once again become evident." He continued: "These are the allies of Yaakov Amidror, Liberman, and Tzipi Livni, who boycott Likud voters but welcome supporters of Turki and the National Democratic Alliance."
