Russian President Vladimir Putin said today, Tuesday, that Moscow is ready to hold "concrete" talks to resolve the conflict in Ukraine if new momentum can be given to these negotiations.

In remarks to journalists following a summit held in Kyrgyzstan, Putin reiterated his confidence that Russian forces will prevail in Ukraine, and that Kyiv's forces "will collapse."

He pointed out that the main challenge facing Russia is drones, but emphasized that Moscow is addressing this issue.
