Russian Air Defenses Shoot Down 419 Ukrainian Drones Overnight
Russian air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 419 Ukrainian drones over Russian territory between June 29 and 30.

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that its air defense systems shot down 419 Ukrainian drones over Russian territory during the night.
The interceptions occurred between 8:00 PM on June 29 and 7:00 AM on June 30, according to the ministry's statement.
The statement detailed that the drones were intercepted and destroyed above the regions of Belgorod, Bryansk, Vladimir, Volgograd, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kursk, Oryol, Ryazan, Lipetsk, Rostov, Saratov, Smolensk, Tambov, Tver, Tula, Moscow Oblast, Krasnodar Krai, and the Republic of Crimea.
Ukrainian armed forces reportedly target residential neighborhoods, vital civilian infrastructure, industrial facilities, and energy installations in Russian border areas and deeper inside the country using drones and missiles on a daily basis.
In response, Russian forces conduct strikes exclusively against Ukrainian military sites and defense industry facilities, employing precision-guided weapons from air, sea, and land platforms, as well as drones.
