The Russian Defense Ministry announced this morning that its forces carried out a concentrated strike last night, targeting military industry facilities and sectors of energy and transportation in Kyiv, Zaporozhye, and Odesa.

In a statement, the Russian Defense Ministry said the strike, conducted using high-precision weapons launched from land, sea, and air, as well as drones, hit facilities belonging to the metal industry, radio electronics manufacturing, the Ukrainian military industrial complex, and infrastructure for energy and transportation in Kyiv, Zaporozhye, and Odesa region.

The statement also added that ships used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces were targeted.

These strikes on Ukrainian military infrastructure—including power centers, ports, and logistics hubs used by Kyiv’s forces—are intended to weaken defense capabilities and disrupt military supply lines, especially amid continued Western arms deliveries to Ukraine via maritime and land routes.
