Russian Forces Destroy Gas Distribution Station in Ukraine's Chernihiv Region
Russia announced the destruction of a gas distribution station in Chernihiv province, Ukraine, using a Geran-2 drone, targeting energy infrastructure amid ongoing conflict.

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported on Sunday that it destroyed a gas distribution station located in the Chernihiv province of Ukraine through the deployment of a Geran-2 type drone.
According to a statement from the ministry, "attack drone units carried out a strike targeting a gas distribution station in the town of Hazoprovodnoye in Chernihiv province, resulting in its destruction," as cited by the Russian news agency Sputnik.
The ministry further stated that Russian forces continue to target energy and transportation infrastructure facilities in Ukraine, which they claim are utilized by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Throughout ongoing military operations, Russia has announced the destruction of various military equipment supplied by Western countries to Ukraine. This includes German Leopard 2 tanks, American and British armored vehicles, as well as other military machinery belonging to NATO.
