What Are the Three Conditions Set by Yemeni Foreign Minister for Achieving Peace?
Yemeni Foreign Minister Dr. Afrah Al-Zubaidah outlined three conditions for peace: restoring state institutions, monopolizing force, and rejecting power-sharing with armed groups.

Yemeni Foreign Minister Dr. Afrah Al-Zubaidah set three conditions for any political process to achieve peace, namely the restoration of institutions, restricting weapons and war/peace decisions to the state, and not sharing power with an armed group.
Al-Zubaidah confirmed to Asharq Al-Awsat that the government has entered a phase of restoring the state after exhausting de-escalation opportunities, adding that the goal of the current phase is to end the coup and extend state authority over the entire national territory.
The Yemeni minister appreciated Saudi political, military, and economic support, noting that it contributed to the resilience and cohesion of institutions, as well as strengthening national consensus.
Al-Zubaidah pointed to growing international support for Yemeni state institutions, and a broader recognition of the interconnection between its ability to extend its authority, regional security, and navigation safety.
In addition, the Coalition Supporting Legitimacy in Yemen announced the destruction of 3 ballistic missiles launched by the Houthi militia towards Riyadh and Khamis Mushait. The fall of debris resulted in material damage to a kindergarten and a medical clinic complex in the Saudi capital.
