Trump Denies Restricting Starlink for Ukraine and Calls for End to War

US President Donald Trump stated in a declaration, "We did not restrict Starlink services for Ukraine," following a Reuters report claiming that an order to restrict the Starlink system in Ukraine originated from within the White House.

Trump said: "I want the war in Ukraine to end. I am dealing with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Russian President Vladimir Putin, and I believe both of them want to end the war."
