President Donald Trump states the Iran deal focuses on preventing nuclear weapons and pledges to disclose agreement details to the media in two days.

President Donald Trump affirmed that the agreement with Iran centers on a single fundamental objective: to prevent Tehran from ever acquiring nuclear weapons.
Commenting on the progress made in this matter during his attendance at the G7 summit in Paris today, Trump addressed skeptics of the memorandum of understanding, noting that they now recognize the agreement is taking shape very well.
The U.S. president revealed the outcomes of the understanding, emphasizing that Iran will not possess nuclear arms and that the Strait will be open to navigation without any fees after a 60-day period expires.
He also anticipated that the second phase of the nuclear deal would be completed very quickly, pointing out that the Iranian side shows genuine willingness to finalize the issue, resume work, and establish normal relations, which strengthens his expectations for rapid progress.
Regarding official procedures, Trump announced that the text of the agreement will be published in a formal session, and the memorandum of understanding will be presented to Congress for review.
He further promised to disclose the details of the agreement to the media within two days, confirming his intention to hold a press conference dedicated to discussing the terms of the agreement and related developments.
