Trump to Attend World Cup Final Between Spain and Argentina
President Donald Trump will attend the World Cup final between Argentina and Spain in New Jersey, following a FIFA reception in New York.

President Donald Trump traveled to New York City to participate in a reception hosted by the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) at Trump Tower, where FIFA President Gianni Infantino was also present.
According to CBSNews, President Trump is scheduled to attend the World Cup final match between Argentina and Spain on Sunday in New Jersey.
The final of the tournament, co-hosted by the United States and Mexico, will take place on Sunday at the New York-New Jersey Stadium. The match is expected to be witnessed by over 80,000 spectators.
On Friday, President Trump accused Canada of "not properly maintaining its forests" and threatened to add the cost of pollution caused by smoke to the current tariffs imposed on Canada. This statement came amid smoke from Canadian wildfires covering American cities, as reported by the network.
At the same time, AccuWeather forecast on Friday that the impact of smoke from Canadian wildfires on the World Cup final would be minimal.
Due to hundreds of wildfires in Canadian forests, smoke spread over a large area of the United States this week, prompting authorities to issue warnings about air quality.
AccuWeather indicated that air quality might fall below "good" levels on Sunday in East Rutherford, New Jersey, but fans and players can expect an improvement compared to the "poor to unhealthy" conditions forecast for Saturday.
Weather expert Adam Doughty stated, "The situation may not be good yet, but it will not be as bad as on Saturday. Humidity will also be lower compared to Saturday, making conditions more comfortable."
This week, smoke filled the air in New York and New Jersey under a hazy sky, and local authorities urged residents to reduce strenuous outdoor activities. Rain expected on Saturday is anticipated to help clear a significant amount of the smoke.
