Yemeni Armed Forces Conduct 13 Airstrikes on Houthi Positions in Dhamar
The Yemeni Armed Forces carried out 13 airstrikes early Monday against Houthi militia positions across Dhamar, Al-Bayda, and Marib governorates, targeting command centers, thermal sensors, rocket launchers, and troop concentrations.

Early Monday morning, aircraft operated by the Yemeni Armed Forces launched a series of airstrikes on Houthi militia positions in the governorates of Dhamar, Al-Bayda, and Marib.
Strikes in Dhamar Governorate
The Armed Forces Media Center stated that warplanes struck Houthi gatherings at Mount “Nasiah” in the Marris district, north of Dhamar Governorate. The strikes also destroyed a Houthi command-and-control room and a thermal sensing system located in the same area.
Operations Across Al-Bayda
In its statement, the center confirmed that Yemeni fighter jets conducted 13 aerial attacks on Houthi sites and equipment in Al-Bayda Governorate, central Yemen. These included a rocket launch platform targeted in the districts of Ash-Shariyah, Thi Na’im, and As-Sawadiyah.
Actions in Marib Frontlines
The statement added that Yemeni military aviation carried out multiple further airstrikes on Houthi troop concentrations and barracks along the southern frontlines of Marib Governorate, without providing additional details.
Broader Ground Operations
On Sunday evening, the Yemeni Armed Forces announced the launch of wide-ranging military operations across several fronts. These included a large-scale offensive on the Al-Burah and Al-Kadha fronts, west of Taiz Governorate, through which some positions were recaptured. Forces also consolidated control over newly secured sites in southern Al-Hudaydah.
Military units reported successfully thwarting a Houthi infiltration attempt on the Al-Dhabab front, west of Taiz, resulting in more than 20 Houthi fighters killed or wounded, alongside substantial material losses.
Houthi Claim of Downed Drone
Separately, the Houthi militia announced early Monday that it had shot down a CH4 reconnaissance drone while the aircraft was conducting “hostile activities” over the Khub Wa Al-Sha’af district in Al-Jawf Governorate, in the far north of Yemen.
