Yemeni Government: Houthis Targeted Residential Areas in Marib with 16 Missiles and Projectiles
The Yemeni government reported that Houthi rebels targeted residential neighborhoods in Marib city with nine ballistic missiles and seven other projectiles, condemning the attacks as a blatant violation of international law.

The Media Office in Yemen's Marib Governorate announced on Thursday that the Houthi group targeted residential areas in Marib city with 9 ballistic missiles and 7 other projectiles.
In a statement carried by the Yemen News Agency (Saba), the office said that targeting residential neighborhoods constitutes what it described as a "blatant violation of international laws and norms" prohibiting attacks on civilians and civilian objects.
It warned against the continued Houthi targeting of populated areas with ballistic missiles and projectiles, considering this an escalation threatening the lives and safety of civilians.
The office called on the international community, the United Nations, and human rights and humanitarian organizations to condemn these attacks and take measures to stop the targeting of civilians and hold those responsible accountable.
