Yemeni Information Minister Announces New Phase of 'Dawn of Yemen' Operation Against Houthis with Broad Saudi Participation
Yemen's Information Minister announced a new phase in the 'Dawn of Yemen' operation against the Houthis, highlighting significant Saudi air and naval support to secure strategic locations like Bab el-Mandeb.

Yemeni Information Minister Moammar Al-Iryani announced today, Monday, that the Yemeni Armed Forces, supported by the Coalition Supporting Legitimacy led by Saudi Arabia, have entered a "new phase" within the framework of the "Dawn of Yemen" operation.
Al-Iryani stated that the "massive" participation of the Royal Saudi Air Force and Navy contributes to "sweeping and securing battles for the liberation of the western coast," noting that reclaiming strategic sites in Bab el-Mandeb and the Yemeni islands "protects Yemen's sovereignty and directly contributes to securing one of the most important maritime passages and international trade and navigation traffic."
Yemen is witnessing rapid developments following the announcement by government forces of their control over Bab el-Mandeb and the launch of a strategic operation in the capital Sanaa, while the Houthis deny any government field advances.
