How to claim the free trial

Users based in India can verify their eligibility by visiting the ChatGPT subscription page directly. After logging into their account, they must navigate to the upgrade section and locate the ChatGPT Plus card. If an account qualifies for the promotion, a button labeled "Claim free offer" will appear. On these cards, the regular price of 1999 rupees is replaced with a promotional price of zero rupees during the active period.

Once the user clicks the button to accept the free offer, they proceed through the standard subscription steps. OpenAI requires the entry of valid payment method details to activate the trial. This requirement ensures that the service continues seamlessly after the initial free period ends.

Eligibility varies by account history
