Ederson Scheduled for Manchester United Medical Following World Cup Match
Ederson is set to undergo his medical examination for Manchester United in New York after Brazil's World Cup match against Morocco.

Reports from Italy indicate that Ederson will complete his medical examination for Manchester United shortly after Brazil’s World Cup opener against Morocco.
The midfielder's transfer deal was agreed upon nearly a month ago, with Manchester United set to pay Atalanta €45 million, including an initial £35 million plus £3.8 million in add-ons, following a recommendation from Casemiro.
Ederson is expected to sign a four-year contract with Manchester United, which includes an option for the club to extend the agreement by an additional year.
Ederson's Medical Appointment in New York
Despite concerns that his late call-up to Brazil’s World Cup squad might delay the transfer, Manchester United have moved quickly to finalize the necessary arrangements.
Corriere Dello Sport reports that the 26-year-old Brazilian midfielder will undergo his medical examination in New York immediately after Brazil’s match against Morocco.
At that time, Ederson will be able to officially commit to Manchester United, completing the final formalities of the transfer.
Timing of the Official Announcement
The transfer window opens on Monday, allowing Manchester United to announce the signing officially at that time.
Alternatively, the club may choose to wait until Brazil’s participation in the World Cup concludes before making the announcement public.
Brazil’s coach Carlo Ancelotti has experimented with Ederson playing as a right-back during training sessions, though the player remained an unused substitute during the 1-1 draw against Morocco.
