Cristiano Ronaldo has taken a stake in CazéTV, a Brazilian digital sports platform, as a new shareholder and strategic partner. The move, announced by Live Mode, aims to broaden the reach of digital sports content to a global audience.

The partnership combines Ronaldo's global influence with Live Mode's expertise in building digital communities focused on live sports broadcasting and coverage, working alongside content creators and influencers, according to an official company statement.

"Our mission is to bring sports to everyone in a completely new and inspiring way," Ronaldo said in the statement. "Sports can change people's lives, and we want to develop this field by expanding access and increasing engagement with the most important tournaments."

CazéTV is one of Brazil's leading digital sports platforms, having achieved widespread growth in recent years through innovative coverage of major tournaments. This prompted the company to bring in a name of Ronaldo's stature to support its global expansion plans.

Ronaldo recently joined the ownership group of Almería, a club competing in Spain's second division.
