Sevilla, under new owner Sergio Ramos, is interested in signing Ansu Fati as his loan at Monaco nears its end this summer.

The future of Ansu Fati is increasingly uncertain as his loan spell at French club Monaco concludes this summer, while his contract with Barcelona extends until 2028.
Monaco must initiate the first step by activating the purchase option valued at 11 million euros, but the player’s preference will heavily influence the final decision.
Following an impressive season in Ligue 1, Fati is expected to receive several significant offers, with his primary ambition being a return to Barcelona. However, this appears unlikely since he is not part of coach Hans Flick's plans.
According to the newspaper Sport, Sevilla, now led by new owner Sergio Ramos, has shown interest in acquiring Ansu Fati.
Fati was spotted in the stands at Balaídos stadium watching the Celta Vigo versus Sevilla match, where his friend Ilaix Moriba was playing, sparking numerous rumors.
Sevilla’s own future remains unclear, as Ramos and Five Elven Capital are expected to provide financial guarantees for the Andalusian club’s purchase this week to complete the takeover.
In this context, Ansu Fati’s name has emerged because Ramos’s group views him as an ideal candidate to become one of the stars of the new project.
Earlier, Fati’s father described a potential move to Sevilla as a good idea, noting that emotional ties between the player and the club could facilitate the deal.
For this transfer to materialize, Fati must first decline continuing at Monaco, and then Barcelona and Sevilla need to agree on the same financial terms that Monaco was prepared to cover.
