Civil Defense: Rescue of Man After Fall into Well in Zahle
Lebanese Civil Defense rescued a man who fell into a 15-meter-deep well in the city of Zahle. The rescue operation used rope rescue equipment to safely extract the victim, who was alive and later transported to a hospital.

Announced by the Directorate General of Civil Defense's Media and Public Relations Division in a statement, "Elements of the Lebanese Civil Defense rescued a person after he fell into a well measuring approximately 15 meters in depth in the city of Zahle.
Personnel worked to pull him out using rope rescue equipment, successfully extracting him while he was still alive, before transporting him to one of the hospitals for necessary treatment.
