Education Minister Rima Karamy confirmed the cancellation of official exams for the 2025-2026 academic year and outlined new success criteria for students.

Education Minister Rima Karamy announced that the Cabinet has decided to cancel the official exams for the General Secondary Certificate and the Technical Baccalaureate for the academic year 2025-2026.
Karamy emphasized that students will be exempted from these official exams and will instead receive a success certificate based on their evaluation results, provided that the student achieves a minimum average score of 9.5.
